It's really, really hot here on the South Coast but up north where some of my family live it's....raining.

It has been really hot here in South Wales all week and it was over 27 degrees today at The Royal Welsh Show in Builth Wells. Everyone was melting and looking for shade! But we all had a fabulous day out. Forecasting cooler weather on Saturday.

Not got any mad dogs- but I've got my Englishman and he's been working inside the uninsulated roof all day with a very short lunch break- can't even touch the inside of the slates- says he'll take the thermometer in there tomorrow. Health and safety regs???hmmmm...good job he's his own boss!
