Wow, you're late this year, it's normally snowing in August up there.
The temp has certainly dropped over the last 24 hours, I might have to put some long trousers on soon.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus. -

Very light sleet here in Sheff, blummin cold though. I'm laid up with whooping cough so am praying that my winter lettuces and spring cabbage seedlings will be ok overnight until hubby can put some fleece on them. The potatoes in bag have been hastily shoved in the greenhouse!Comment

We were woken by heavy hail and sleet in the early hours...and it's been raining/sleeting ever since.
The hailstones are dropping down the chimney onto the woodfire- so it's hissing. Quite fun really
