Very heavy rain in Cardiff at the moment. We had flooding, thunder and lightning and hail at the weekend - fortunately we escaped the worst of it.

Nothing yet in Alnwick Its been a pretty warm day with a fresh breeze at times and I got two lots of washing dry outside Just brought the last lot in half an hour ago and there was a definite coolness to the air so I think we'llbe getting that rain tomorrow.....tho' at the moment they're forecasting not until after 7pm which will do me great as I want to continue nettle bashing on the allotment tomorrow

Quite a gusty wind blowing here today and really cold for June. We are just on the north edge of the rain band at the moment but I have no illusions that it is going to stay that way!

I hope you avoided the flooding chillithyme, parts of the south east and also parts of Lincolnshire had a real deluge yesterday. Various warnings still in force today, through to Thursday.

The rain I can kind of cope with (dog's not so keen), as we're not flooding. It's the 10C in the middle of flamin' June that's hard to bear. The squashes are sulking, the outdoor tomatoes are begging to be let back into the greenhouse.......

Neighbours garden looks like a lake, we're. Ok so far. Still persisting,chicken run Quagmire,ducks are having a ball! Lots of local flooding,south lincs has had a good drowning....think we might have to consider building an ark.....

Our forecast so far today has been spectacularly wrong. According to the GFS model we should by now have had around 30mm rain. According to the local weather station we have had just over 2.5mm. Its raining a bit heavier now but nothing like the forecast.

Nothing here, just a very sharp and gusty wind on what was supposed to be a mild, wet day.

Its raining today, but not like yesterday and last night. Very muggy today too

The threat of heavy and prolonged rain has been way off in my part of the country, rain yes but nothing compared to the forecasts.

The worst day we had was Monday...a lot of drizzle and heavy rain for about 30 mins

I am back in my winter wardrobe.

Not expected to get above 11C here, and NE winds gusting into the high 30mphs. Unless we get some settled, warm weather soon, I don't think the beans, toms, curcurbits will recover at all. :-/

My central heating kicked in last night. Its set to 10 degrees... in the house... in June. Enough said.
