Downey Mildew? What can you do?

I have the same problem with my grape vines as last year. I'm fairly sure it's downey mildew (unless someone suggests otherwise), but my books say there's nothing you can do to treat it.
Anyone know any better?

It looks like blister mite but it’s nothing to worry about there’s info in this link,is it just a few leaves that you could cut off or is it on a lot of leaves?

Thanks Jane. That certainly looks very much like our vine. It’s on quite a lot of the leaves so looks like I’ll need to leave it, but it doesn’t sound like that should be a problem.
