    Hii everyone, Has anybody found a really effective organic way of ridding slugs from your vegetables...i am affected every year on my plot and have had to resort to slug pellets This year i really want to try and be more organic so ideas would be really grateful regarding slugs!?
    Get going..Get gardening!

    I will be using nematodes this year and after reading threads on here I am going to try and get hold of some soot as well for my potato beds.

      I got some slugs problems at my first year of GYO but now they seems to be no longer a problem. I always set beer traps (combine with killing them if I find any) plus I encourage the black bird to stay in my garden ( but he too can give some problems). I heard Nematodes can stabilize the slugs population but haven't use any so far.
      I grow, I pick, I eat ...
