I've just scraped the moss from the top of the pots containing my fig-trees and there are some type of eggs just beneath the soil. They're a little like slug/snail eggs, but smaller and a yellowish-brown colour. I know they're not any form of fertilizer balls, although they do look rather like that, or moisture containing granules as I potted the figs on myself. Our garden is snail haven, so I was wondering if they could belong to some type of snail, after all surely the smaller species lay smaller eggs? Does anyone have any other ideas?
