Please can someone tell me what is attacking my sweet peas. I have a perenial sweet pea that has lacy looking leaves every time it shows its head above ground and never grows, just shrivels up and dies. I'd like to nurse it into growth this year if I can as I love sweetpeas and would like to see reach its full potential this year. Please can someone help me help my plants to survive whatever is attacking it.
