I made some home made beer traps and put them by my lettaces, which are in a raised bed under a cloche, well i put some coffee granules around them and have now caught two snails trapped on the coffee (they overdosed on caffeine!!! lol ).
But i caught my frst slug in my trap!!! hooray, he is as dead and drunk as can be, so obviously they love German Wheat Beer!!!!!!!, this is the first slug i have ever seen in my garden and my lettaces as all still intact and growing really nicely!
