  • Pesky Cabbage White

Last year my Brassicas were decimated by Cabbage White caterpillars.Haven't seen any this year{probaly due to the wet weather}but as sure as eggs is eggs the blighters will appear as soon as we get some sunshine.Anyone got any organic ideas on how to keep them off or get rid of the little blighters!!!!!

I found this with the Search button, there's loads more: http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...hite_2309.html

The plants emit a smell that actually attracts the butterfly (and cabbage moth), so you need to use a barrier method (fine net) or confuse the smell with some home-brew concoction like garlic spray.
