Why are all the pigeons eating my Broccoli but leaving my Sprouts,Cabbage,Cauliflower and Red Cabbage alone?

Why do I only get pigeons and starlings on my bird table. I put the very bestest cordon bleu leftovers out!

In my experience they eat everything given a chance. I net my veggies to keep them out.
