Hi
On inspecting my raised beds I have discovered a white fungi inbetween the plants. It has a yellow middle and is only on the surface of the soil. Anyone know anything about this and if it is going to result in me emptying the raised beds and starting again??

Welcome to the vine. Can you post a foto as it will help ID the fungus. In all probability it's nothing to worry about. Have you put some compost or muck in your beds I wonder? It may have come fro this

You pictures might be too big. If you have a digital camera try taking another pic using a lower resolution, otherwise you will have to resize it using a picture editor.
