Poo identification needed

Sorry about this but am puzzled by suddenly finding piles of poo on my allotment, mostly on the bark paths. Now had five lots of it over the last week.

warning - description follows!

Ochre/yellow colour, segmented in hazlenut shape and size, well studded with seeds and stuff. Damp looking rather than dry.

I've never seen cat poo like this and I though fox poo was black? Wouldn't have thought from the size it could be any smaller animal.

Fox poo varies in colour depending what they have eaten.........
Have you considered muntjac? (no idea what that would be like, but sounds a bit unlikely)
Otherwise, no ideas

We have three resident foxes - and you have just described exactly what they leave on our lawn It does vary according to what they have eaten but out in the countryside they will eat nuts and berries (as well as anything else they can get their gnashers into

There's just nothing like a 'poo post', although photos would be better!!!!
I think I'd go with foxes too, our farmer has sweetcorn planted which seems to cause droppings rather like what you describe!

Definately foxes then. Must be the new generation, lost four to the main road outside the allotments this year and haven't seen any foxes for ages. Have to get used to my first job of the day, cleaning up fox poo.

Probably wrong but it sounds like barn Owl pellets to me? Google it!

I think it would have to be a very large barn owl.... as I've now got a great many footprints all over my newly dug bed and right across my strawberries I'm thinking the culprit has got four feet.

You may be onto something there.....can see the headlines now "FOUR LEGGED BARN OWL SPOTTED IN TUMBRIDGE WELLS!!!!!!!!!! Lol
