what do slugs eat

Can we have a list of what slugs eat and dont eat

i know they eat runners but do thet eat peas and leeks ?

Judging from my plot last year, they don't fancy couch grass much, but they love squashes and courgettes.

Slugs will eat most things including peas and leeks. Most veg, especailly when very young is vulnerable I'm afraid.

You can add thistles to things they don't eat.

They love Marigolds too! They don't seem too interested in Oniony stuff I've noticed.

As I have mentioned before I have a small pond with plenty of frogs & very few slugs.

gravel
grass
weeds

Oh yes putting the pond(old kids sand pit got on free cycle)was the best thing I did.
I have very few slugs my biggest problem is cabbage white butterflies & alas frogs can't fly.

PS toads will also eat slugs.
