Don't go paddling in it then!

Apart from that, what harm do they do? What's there natural food supply?

Haven't checked my pond yet! I'll always have the Jaws music drumming in my head when I stick my mitt in it from now on!

I think they must feed off taddies as the pond WAS alive with them and now we only have a few. Also found lots of dead frogs at the beginning of the season--- Urgh they are gross

I've never had a pond without leeches, they just seem to turn up from nowhere. Don't think they do any damage..........

no harm ....except to my psyche would still like to get rid of them as this is the first year we have had them///or at least the first year they have been so numerous as to be hiding under everything Do they ever leave the pond ie go walkabout or should I say squirm about?
