  • Detracting wildlife from the garden!

I thought gardening was supposed to be a productive and stress-relieving activity! Trying to outwit all the creatures that either want to eat my produce or dig it up is certainly a brain teaser - and gives one rather unhappy, destructive thoughts. Forget rabbit wire, mothballs down the moleholes and crushed egg shells, which merely give these gastropods a frisson of excitement!

Furry bunnies, velvet coated moles, slugs, snails, ants and woodlice - would anyone out there like to give them a good home?

Welcome to the Vine by the way

Well the bunnies would be welcome in my cooking pot any time, slugs could join the number providing a useful clean-up service in the much bedogged woods, and neither moles nor ants bother me in the slightest (nor do woodlice for that matter).
      Takes all sorts......
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Would you like some grey squirrels and urban foxes as well? Not willing to do a swap...........
