Plum tree - yellow leaves

Anyone know why I have yellowing leaves on my young plum tree ?

I don't see any die-off, and it has been fed well, and watered.

How young? Where is it planted? How long has it been there?

Hi Hazel,
the tree is about three years old.
Bought at Lidl.

It is planted at bottom of garden, near to a conifer hedge, but also an area where water table is quite high, as if I dig down about a foot, there is lying water.

It gets plenty of sunlight, and has been well fed , mainly with bonemeal.

It was planted just last year - March I think.

I now suspect the problem may be due to waterlogging, but not sure.
