Garlic issue

All of a sudden nearly all my Garlic stems have developed little black marks. I have tried to take a picture using my phone but it is a little blurred. The bulb itself looks (and smells) fine so am I being too sensitive?

My garlic was all planted at the begining on November.

Anybody got any ideas?

It's July Professsor Peabody so your garlic will be as near ready as it's going to get.
I would have it up and dry it off. I'm sure it will be fine.
