  • greyish fuzzy mould

After finally managing to get out to the greenhouse this morning (OH has been watering etc while I've been poorly). I've noticed some greyish fuzzy mould on my sweet peppers, would this be Botrytis? Anybody know if this is serious, and if so what can I do?
    Thanks folks.

Sounds like it - get rid of evry bit of it that you can see, and then keep the greenhouse as dry as you can, it spreads in moist conditions. If your plants are a bit crowded, try pruning and moving things around to get more airflow.
Somebody, somewhere on here... is trying a milk and water spray to combat botrytis, but I don't know how effective it is.

Thanks Sarz, I've made a start on this, I must admit it is all a bit overcrowded.
Just having a rest coz I'm still getting worn out pretty quickly. Think I'll look into this milk spray thing but I hate milk at the best of times, I don't know if my nausea can cope with milk today!
