  • Please help me save my lawn!

Hi, I have a serious invasion of Russian vine. We moved into a new house and lifted a root of Russian vine about 3foot in circumference. I then laid a beautiful new lawn.
The Russian vine popped through in about ten places, I have spent the past six months painting the little pests with undiluted weed killer and covering with plastic bottles. While they died more popped up and my new lawn is starting to resmble a dry land of dead grass!! How do I stop this madness? How do I kill it?!? It is driving me insane!
    Please help, I'm desperate!

Other than keeping on doing what you are doing, I really don't know. There was a young one in our garden when we moved here. There wasn't a week later! It's one of the plants that death's too good for.
Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
