Help to get rid of moles please!

HI,
I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I have a mole, it seems like an army of them but I'm sure it's just one, it doesn't seem to interested in the rest of the garden just the veg patch! must be all those lovely worms.
It causes havoc, I've got one of those sonic mole repellers which is working properly but has no effect.
Suggestions please

Run a hose pipe into one of the holes and let it flood - you are looking for the main run, so keep trying till you find a hole that doesn't fill up quickly.* It may stop the little critters from moving in and colonising your veg plot.Otherwise you will need to hunt out a molecatcher.

Ah yes, moving house....hmm not a bad idea, but, how do I know there won't be moles where I move to though

I've tried the drowning them out with water idea, no luck, my soils very deep and crumbly and free draining.

Sounds like a molecatcher's in order!

Mole catching is easy. You can buy tunnel traps in hardware stores and GC's.
The hard part is stitching the moles skins together to make a pair of trousers!

Putting a childs windmill thing in the hole is supposed to work (something to do with the vibrations).

I've also read that sticking bay leaves down the tunnels will deter them.

There's all sorts of 'things' you can put down tunnels to deter them - highly scented stuff eg mothballs, cat pee, Euphorbia plants, essential oils, ***** fluid. Some seem to works (***** fluid has been good for me) but as catching is the only real solution.
According to a recent HSL article I read their run can be as big as 4 acres! So you might be able to encourage them to go somewhere else with a bit of luck!

I have placed plastic bottles on canes put them into the ground when the wind blows the bottles it vibrates the cane which moles apparently do not like it seems to work on my plot.
