Earwigs

I seem to have loads of earwigs (well, at least that's what I think they are! - seem to match image searches for them) in my garden at night... See them all over the shop when I'm slug hunting.

Are these of any concern? I don't see any damage from them - mainly around peas/beans - all over lawn, etc.

They are damaging to dahlia flowers, but not much else. Trap them in flowerpots of straw/shredded paper if you want to, and dispose of humanely
