Tomatillo Leaf pest/disease help needed!

Can anyone help me identify what has affected my purple tomatillo plant? I have two growing in the greenhouse and only one has been affected (so far). Starts with tiny pale green spots on underside of leaf which then seem to get bigger and then turn into big holes with really strange green frothy edges and the leaves end up totally decimated!

I haven't seen any bugs etc on it except the tiniest light brown jumpy about insect smaller than the size of a pin head - not sure if its anything to do with it!

I would really appreciate any ideas!

something's definitely eating it: you'll have to check really closely for caterpillars

deffo not caterpillers! My head of horticulture at college (am studying RHS3 Advanced horticulture) was even stumped and have spent hours looking at images on the internet for something comparable! Thinking possibly some kind of mite - not spider mite - but not got anywhere! This is a brilliant forum for new ideas and sharing others experience so hopefully someone will have an idea!

deffo not snails! starts with tiny blister type spots under the leaf and then seem to get bigger until the whole leaf is virtually decimated apart from outside edge!

I don't know what it is, the ones you gave me are fine.

I would get them out of your greenhouse and up at the allotment in the ground.
They are supposed to do better outside rather than in the greenhouse and it may get them away from the pests, also any pests may get eaten by the other wildlife.
