Does blight target certain spuds?

As quite a lot of my leaves of my rooster look like the pics attached..

However, my maris pipers (these are all in bags btw) don't show any similar signs, yet they're pretty much next to the roosters? I've had a dig down in the bags, and the spuds seem fine, and are fattening up nicely - not sure if blight affects the tubers or not so thought I'd quickly check!

That's funny because according to the European Cultivated Potato Database:
Rooster:
Resistance to late blight on foliage(Laboratory test): Low to medium
Resistance to late blight on tubers(Laboratory test): High

Maris Piper:
Resistance to late blight on foliage(Laboratory test): Low
Resistance to late blight on tubers(Laboratory test): Low

I'm not sure if it is blight or not, but just curious as to why its only the roosters, if it is blight?

i have roosters and most leaves look like that also
all other varieties, 3 in total all look fine or have been fine as i have already dug some up
