How do you deal with Moles?

I want to remove them without killing them or injuring them but I am willing to if need be. They are in my vegetable bed.

I can't afford to pay someone to remove them for me.

I tried most things- apart from the eucalyptus leaves- I didn't know about that!
Nor moth balls

We even tried a humane trap- but if they get one tiny wiff of a fingerpint of residue of your breath then it doesn't work. Zip!
