Wonderful stuff for use in greenhouse, smell is a cross between peanut and garlic, also deters gnats. And if you been spraying outside you get nobody sitting next to you on the bus, some find the smell offensive.
    Directions --
2.5ml Neem Oil per litre of warm water
and a few drops of natural unscented liquid soap as surfactant..
stir vigorously until a lather forms.. then spray leaves(top and bottom), stems and repeat every 3/4 days for 2 weeks to break the life cycle of all sap feeding insects.
Extensively used in India and I believe Wikipedia covers it's use in greater detail.

yes great stuff. i mixed some with water and a little eco washing up liquid - certainly kills the greenfly on my chillies. Used to use it when my kids were small and had headlice - worked a treat though they did cry cos of the smell
