No, but then the stones are now covered in weeds - I wouldn't spot a slug unless it was 4" tall

I had a similar problem a few years back, first year about 7 black sack fulls, next year, 3 black sacks, 3rd year just a bucket, however you have to keep on top of them, my mum says let a weed seed one year and you will have that seed for another 7 years etc etc unfortunately I have a couple of dandys already in full seed, black sac at the ready! and don't forget the roots - this dry weather make getting them out a lot easier.
      good luck

        Here, you can have mine:

Our England is a garden, and such gardens are not made
By singing-'Oh how beautiful!" and sitting in the shade,
While better men than we go out and start their working lives
At grubbing weeds from gravel paths with broken dinner-knives. ~ Rudyard Kipling

You can also cut the plant down, put a flower-pot over it with a stone blocking the hole and after a few weeks you have a lovely crop of blanched leaves.

You can also make dandelion honey with the flower petals.

                  Dandelion Honey Recipe

I made a basic one with just flower petals and sugar and it was delicious, although I felt the set was a bit thin so reboiled it and it was a wee bit too thick then but still delicious (just had to microwave it to spread it on toast though )

So I'm still digging out the dandies with a proper grubber, and they keep on coming. There's more every year, it's like a Hydra

I may have to dig up the whole lawn and re-seed it from scratch
