Grapevine - Disease. Can anyone confirm what it is?

I am new to the forum. I have recently bought a house with a mature grapevine in the back garden that has been trained up and over a wooden pergola.

Lots of the leaves appear to have white spot patches underneath (with raised features at these points on the top side) and some generally appear wilted.

Can anyone identify the fungus/disease/pest (?) and suggest any treatment?

It looks like a gall mite. You can spray it with an insecticide or take off the leaves and burn them - it depends on how serious the damage is. If it's a mature vine you might find it isn't badly affected by these creatures, it could be a case of wait and see.
