oats vs slugs

how do slugs fare against oats?

i have a few kilos of ultra fine oats that i found the other day that are out of date. they were from a while back when i was gonna use them for adding extra calories for training.

Bran is meant to stop slugs and I would guess your oats might have a similar texture so could be worth a go! perhaps on a sacrificial lettuce or two.

cool. gonna try it on the spinach and beans.had a count and i have about 5kg of oats.
