  • oh no, what's happening here?

    Is this a cucumber plant?

Why is it like turning yellow?

I think this is a tomato plant, what's happening here too?

The coriander seems to be having a similar issue?

    A close up here

    THANKS.

I see no cucumbers!! Your soil looks a bit poor, and I would suggest maybe your plants need feeding.

The first 2 pictures are tomato plants.
In the second post, your plants are cucumbers or squashes (same family, so have the same type of leaves).
As RustyLady said, they all look like they need feeding. Get some tomato feed and follow the instructions on the label

For some odd reason my ID has been banned without any reason given so I have signed up again!

We had labels, but when plants were moved outdoors it all got muddled up.

So it's a bit confusing for a newbie.

Nothing grows outdoors unless we grow it inside and then move it outside. Must be poor soil? Although we have bought hundreds of kgs of compost this year for outside too!!!

Can tomato feed be used for any veg plants? I will buy some today. I was hoping the veg would grow without it, so it is completely 'organic'....

The only time I've seen that is when really fresh manure is affecting the plant - have you put really fresh manure into your soil? Did this happen suddenly, or did the effects happen over a longer time? When did you plants these in the ground?

hi last few weeks - may be early-mid June. No manure, just compost.

I bought tomato feed today and have watered the soil with it. Let's see what happens.

Shall I top up the poor looking soil with compost or something else?

You've put your cucumbers really close to your trees, did you improve the soil around the outsides where you've planted them? If you haven't, the soils likely to be devoid of nutrients, because the tree's had them all. Another vote for more feed from me.

You still haven't added your location to your profile 1234, so we have no idea where you are. Could be local growing conditions not helping your plants.
