    In this month's GW mag Monty mentions how he had to cut out 13 or so sections of his hedge last winter so the cameraman could get the angle needed. This would fit in with the "only the parts shown on tv are weedfree" comment. I suspect its a BBC production team decision rather than Monty's and that he would rather have it "as is" so to show how you'll never ever get rid of weeds without devoting way too much attention to them.

              He (Terry Walton) was really interesting to listen to at the spring Malvern Show I could have stayed in there all day,if you go to see him anytime take a notebook & pen you will need it,too many hints & tips to remember

                Monty is ok, each to their own, i suppose my main reason I dont watch much is i'm not all that keen on flowers.
