    an eejit in Garden News this week saying they don't fly over 18". Crikey, what chance does the punter have when the so called experts peddle that crud

      Think of it as natural selection, Frank, not misinformation. Any gardener who cannot figure out that if carrot fly live at 900 feet altitude in the Pennines then they must have found a way to get round their vertigo, will probably not be much good at joining the dots when it comes to looking at wilted leaves in a drought.
      There's no point reading history if you don't use the lessons it teaches.

        Damn AP and there was I thinking it was my 4ft fence panels that were keeping me safe.

                            What that trolley did was improve the drainage out of all recognition.
