crimson bonfire patio peach tree

Hi all, can anyone give advice please ? i bought a crimson bonfire patio peach tree last year. the leaves were as advertised, crimson red, and plentiful. however, this year, the leaves have come out wrinkled and are going black. my brother who lives nearby, has the same problem with his tree, but i am at a loss as to what has happened, i.e. is it dying or can it be rejuvenated ?
it produced no fruit last year, but with it being the first year i had it, i didn't expect any fruit. not sure if i will get any this year now. any advice would be much appreciated, Many Thanks.

All black? Could be frost damage. Where abouts are you?

if swollen, red/green/black blistering then it could be peach leaf curl. A picture would help

I would hazzard a guess at frost damage. My outdoor grapevine now has black shrivelled leaves also!

Thanks for your reply Chris, yes, the leaves are swollen/red/green/black blistering.
i'm in Liverpool, but we have only had light frost for about 2 days in total.
when i purchased the tree, they said it was good for up to minus 6 degrees.
is there a remedy for peach leaf curl ? or is it on it's last legs ?
