Badgers deterrants

Does any one know of a way of deterring badgers form using my plot as a loo,they come under the fencing and cause mayhem. As we hope to get our rescue dog shortly I am keen to stop the on going problem. Renadine is I am told no longer sold. Any ideas welcome.

We have them from time to time , but they haven't get gone onto our plot since we put up bunny wire. I think that's because there are other plots now with easier access!
You have my sympathies Happydigger- they certainly can dig up a lot of ground in one evening...maybe the 'toilet area' may be the best of a 'bad ' deal???

Thanks PaulW currently diging under field stockproof but I will look at further options with fencing
