As a small note
All companies are driven by the profit motive. The purpose of all companies is to make a profit. If any company only made a loss then it would cease to exist. The amount of money coming in has to exceed the amount going out. What would happen to the companies that we work for if they never made a profit? How it makes that profit is or may be the concern. However making a profit is the bottom rule for any company.

#30 I agree totally.
As regards to smoking I am a lifelong expert to my shame.
In mitigation I started smoking at a young age about 1960. Back then it was portrayed as glamorous and the cool thing of its day, most of the film stars were seen to be smoking, most politicians smoked to. In 1971 I lived close to Players Bond where the tobacco first arrived and the number of lorries going in there everyday was enormous.
However I think your right Zarz even then some knew its was bad for you, they may not have realised just how bad but they knew it was bad. Back then the saying was 'its not the coughing that's the trouble, its the coffin they carry you off in'.

Kirk re#36.
I can assure you that won't happen on this forum. Our mods are the bees knees when it comes to that sort of thing.
