Problem with deer eating plants

Thanks for all your replies fencincing not really an option for the graden but for the new allotment site we will have to think about it. I will have to put the dog kennal up there as he goes in there in the day time and see if he will deter them.

Electric fencing is used to good effect with other animals, maybe it would deter deer? The fences don't harm the animals, just make it unpleasent for them.
