I think it could be an elder or an ash seedling. If it is the latter, you can cut it back to just below the ground level and it shouldn't re-grow from the root.
another vote for elder. I have the same growing up through my raspberry patch. I didn't plant it, so the seed might have been from elderberries in my compost
