My first thought was Woody Nightshade, but googling Solanum dulcamara I find it's the same thing as bittersweet
I don't think it is though, the flowers are wrong. So it's one of the other nightshades, my best guess is Solanum nigrum the Black Nightshade.

Assuming it's Black Nightshade, Wikipedia says to avoid eating it unless it's "a known edible strain". All the solanums are dodgy for eating, with a few exceptions like the tubers of potatoes and the fruit of tomatoes. The rest of the potato and tomato plants are poisonous.
Here's wikipedia: Solanum nigrum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Thanks Martin it does look like its Black Nightshade I am presuming it came in the bag of compost i topped the bed up with as its only in the one bed i topped up with b&q multipurpose compost.Obviously it has overtaken all my parsnips and beetroot so i will now have an empty bed once my daughter comes home and pulls it all up. Will it be safe to resow in the bed straight away would you know ?.
