Is this a weed?

Does anyone know what this is?
It pops up all over the garden, very easy to pull up as hardly any roots. Just want to find out what it is before pulling it all up.

Looks like a heuchera to me. Garden plant - mine have flower spires on them at the moment.

Opsie I pulled them out!
I will compare to heuchera I have in the garden, though the ones I planted are red and peach.

If it's somewhere you don't want it, then its a weed lol.

I very carefully weeded around a very pretty little plant one year. It had little bluey purple flowers on it. Looked lovely I thought. Then a very nice lady who was passing by, stopped and gently told me I was cultivating a weed.

Looks like a Heuchera to me, too. I love them, and have several, including a pretty pale lime-greeny one, a deep plummy-black one, and one called 'Paprika' which, believe it or not is Paprika-coloured - beautiful!
