It looks like my Calabrese is showing signs of manganese deficency, can anyone advice what to use to cure this, I'm a newbie to GYO so don't have a clue what to use to solve this problem.

Give them a feed with seaweed solution. That contains nearly all the minerals most plants need. So if you are mistaken and it's a different deficiency, you've got it covered anyway.
Manganese deficiency tends to occur in alkaline soil, so you might want to measure soil pH. One of the cures is adding compost and manure, so I'd say build a composting toilet, as that is good for everything.
