HELP - new to growing veg and some of the leaves are curling

Hi Everyone - my first year growning beans and cucumbers. Beans (I think they are french dwarf) and cucumber something has been going funny with the leaves. Plants are not droopy just the leaves. Attached as some pics. I have taken the leaves off but not sure if thats the right thing. All are outside.
Please help as I have no idea of what to do.

What time of day are you watering them and do you try to water the soil rather than the plant? At the moment I would be tempted to say scorch.

That was my first thought too . You could pick off the affected leaves.
