Brown spots on sycamore tree?

Can anyone identify what's wrong with my beloved Sycamore tree? Thought it was quite healthy but just noticed these brown spots on the leaves today... A quick Google only shows me tar spot, but these are nothing like those spots...

Any help greatly appreciated!
