Nice read, it's good to see that a commercial organisation can get farmers on board with healthy and environmental options for pest control.
Of course it's nothing new, growers have been developing food forests and no dig fertility as well as spraying Effective micro organisms and encouraging a diverse mix of wildlife.
Permaculture is a great way of producing food, it just doesn't lend itself to the monoculture that big business wants so it can source many tonnes of a product and ship it around the world to sell in supermarkets.
A similar business exists with wormeries now, you can buy worms by weight to enhance your soil.

Successfully used encarsia formosa wasps against whitefly on houseplants many years ago.

Tried something against red spider but left it too late or didn't introduce enough.

Care needs to be exercised. They screwed up with the Harlequin ladybird!
