Hi Alys
Another question please.
I'm about to try and build a veg ladder stand to lean up against my wall, and I plan to use the bottom of bulk gravel bags - the type that you get from builders merchants - cut across the corners, for the veggie troughs.
The question is this - the bags are mabe out of a woven plastic material, so should allow some water to drain out. Do you think this will be enough drainage? - or should I punch some holes in the bottom too?
I'd rather not as I'd then have to put gravel or crocks over the holes and I'm afraid that the whole thing might get a bit heavy.
I would value your opinion on this.
Thanks
David
