They do look in here from time to time, so hopefully they will be able respond directly!

Last week I ordered some plug plants and a miniature raspberry bush using the free postage link on here. The plugs have come and the raspberry is 'to follow'. Fingers crossed!

Mostly flowers, some fruit and veg, at the seaside in Edinburgh.

^That strikes me as pretty quick.

I have had a few problems with delivery in the past but always ends well. I think at this time of year the bulk of seed and plant merchants suffer supply and demand issues.

I have had far worse experiences from another well known company.

I think its the luck of the draw with some of these companies. I've had "issues" with several.
There was summat on the radio this morning about Amazon publishing fake 5* reviews (as if!!).
Seems you can't trust anyone these days.

I rang T&M last week as I ordered seeds the week before and they hadn't arrived, seeds usually not suffering delays like plant orders can.
They said they were having problems and 'hoped' my seeds could be delivered this week

Not the first time I've had problems, so I'll take my custom elsewhere in future....

I now try to avoid them and their sister company. Being large companies quality and service seem to suffer somewhat but they could be worse

Who's their sister company Norfolkgrey. Out of interest - my order is ok so far.

Unfortunately that was my experience with T&M two years ago when we took on allotment so it’s not a short term issue it seems.

Everything delivered over a month later than the date given. The strawberries were dead - the bare rooted plants had obviously got warm, spouted and then not being in soil died and shrivelled up. The raspberry three type multi season collection were all of the same variety and not even one of those I ordered. After threatening to dispute the matter with my credit card company they finally sent a refund. The customer services helpline throughout were useless as they couldn’t given any certainty of when the order was arriving, never again!

I'm a big Fan of T&M and they've never let me down to date. They've been big supporters of the vine over the years as well . I'm waiting on a seed order from them but it was only placed last week so not expecting it yet anyway.

Personally, I have never had a problem with TM.
In fact, in my entire growing experience, I can only think of one plum tree (from a different company) which wasn’t delivered as expected - a couple of months late and nearly dead, with no communications in between. As a % success rate over the years, that’s pretty good overall ;-)

I find them a bit hit and miss. What frustrates me is that they send you an email to say your stuff has been dispatched either after it has already arrived, or it doesn't arrive for another fortnight.

What is also frustrating is their plant centre is half a mile from my house!
                            Are y'oroight booy?

When buying seeds online, order well before you need them. If you find you haven't got what you want to plant any week, go to a local supplier and get it. No worries then.
