September edition: Missing seeds

Received the mag yesterday, plastic insert intact but only 2 packets of seeds! Know it's probably a packing glitch. Have looked at the contact options but none seem to be the right one to call - subscriptions maybe? Advice gratefully received as to which is the best number to call. Thanks!
