Can you spend your T & M voucher?

Hi Womble, my catalogue had mainly seeds and some plants and bits. The catalogue itself had a £5 voucher off seeds and there was an offer on certain seeds, buy 2 get 3rd free. The order form was an A4 bit of paper - think it was on the other side to the '£5 code' - or in the catalogue? Can't remember how I entered the codes - is there room for 'a code' and room for a 'gift voucher'? It maybe I entered the £10 voucher as a gift voucher?

I don't think you can order stuff not in 'the catalogue' but there is more than one catalogue - check on their website, where you can ask to be sent different ones. I bought lots of seeds, flowers mainly and a few veggies, so I wasn't wanting plants but there is a catalogue.

I ordered a damson tree which arrived with over a third of the branches broken! I was very disappointed. I have been sent a voucher but after reading all of this don't think I can face the hassall of ordering from them again. Do you think thats what they want?

Well, we sent off the envelope with the order in in [snail mail] last week and they have arrived this morning. They haven't even waited for the cheque to be cashed.

Can't all be bad.

Will get them sown pronto.

I've ordered seeds & plants.from T&M.
No problem with seeds but plants I have ordered came to me a bit worse for wear,but I phoned T&M explaining condition of plants and they promptly sent me replacements with no fuss and no added expense to me

I was lucky enough to win some vouchers for T&M earlier this year. I used old fashioned pen, paper, and Royal Mail. The seeds arrived correctly and well packaged about two weeks later
But I thought all their sales, offers, purchasing combinations and ordering procedures were confusing and complicated. I would have preferred a simpler method, and lower prices - I probably wouldn't have gone to T&M if I had to spend my own money
And contacting them was impossible. All I got was an answering machine; they didn't respond to that, nor to my email enquiries
I've sent for a few seed catalogues and in future I will be dealing with those that have real live people on the end of the phone. One thing I detest with any organisation is being bounced around their call centre

Credit where credit is due. I used a paper catalogue and spent the £10 voucher through that, then used the £5 and spent it online. Both packets of seeds were delivered within a week and both were right.

Bit annoyed that I couldn't spend the £10 voucher on the half price seeds online, but it was free, so not complaining too much.

I am fed up - I have a £10 voucher and don't need anything just now - voucher runs out tomorrow so it is wasted really.

Since I don't know if we are moving, or if we will get a house with a garden or what, I can't even order seeds for next year

I've just used a £10 voucher on T&M's website. Perhaps they've fixed it?

o what happens the the prizes I want to opt out of..? The old system let you choose which draw you wanted to enter and which you dident.
