Hi Guys,

Can you turn on the online survey form that you sent with the mag this month?

I cannot seem to get the link you advertised to work. I tired the www link - seems to be broken; and I tried getting in through the subs club link - the password does not work.

Good morning Ann.

Unfortunately, we have had some technical difficulties with the online survey but are looking into this and hopefully the problem will be rectified shortly. Meanwhile, you are still able to send in your answers to our FREEPOST address written on the sheet. We apologise for the inconvenience though.

In regards to the GYO Subscriber Club webpages, I have checked the login details and the main pages are working fine. Have you tried them in capitals?

If this doesn't work or answer all your queries, please do not hesitate to contact me direct.

I tried to get on the Subscriber pages yesterday, and found that if you put www .growfruitandveg.co.uk/GYOSC/ then the link works, you can sign in (with the username & password as shown on the printed newsletter) and find the survey there
(if you just put /gyosc without the caps or the extra forwardslash then it doesn't work)

Tried that - got the page now [it was shown in lower case on the form] but the password and the user name still don't work - ho hum.

They worked fine for me Just done it again, and it's still working...
Are you putting them in in capitals?
