In the leaflets that came with the magazine there is an offer for a free copy of 'Food for Free'. However, I can't find where to apply for it on the website. Please can someone enlighten me? Thank you.

How does this work then? I've got the 'insert' saying there's a free book but how do I claim it?

Seems like the "free" book does not exist and the GYO team hope that none of us will bother to complain about it.

Just do as i have done and cancel your subscription.

If they had just admitted to an honest error i would'nt have minded as much but to stay silent on the questions about the book says it all really.

Sorry for the delay in clarifying this for you. We did have limited stock of the book, and have received such a great response that unfortunately we ran out. However, we are currently working with the publisher of Food For Free to bring all of you who missed out a copy of the book, or a replacement of some kind.
