I have started my subscription to GYO magazine, just wondering when and how I get my username and password for the GYO subscribers club

Hi Richard - welcome to the vine by the way - I can answer that question. There is a little newsletter that comes with the magazine - turn to the back page and the username and password are printed in the bottom right hand side.

I've just tried to get in using the link they print on the mag - it says 'Page Not Found' - well that's really helpful

I subscribed last month - I have not received either March or April issues and have been told that as I received the free offers under separate cover I cannot cancel my subscription and request a complete refund - beware!
