Free raspberry canes

Hi can any one tell me if this offer from GYO is worth taking up? The P&P is �4.50 which seems to make the 3 canes expensive when many places are offering them for a pound each. Should I go for this?

Do they tend to be better quality/bigger produce more. Has anyone experience of the difference.

Lidle had them in 3 for �2.????? something cant remember what the something was. I got some they seem in very good condition and they are sprouting.

I swear every time I've been in Lidl there are no plants at all for sale, just crap euro food?

At the moment my shop has a big selection of fruit bushes and canes, bulbs and winter plants. It is worth having a look if you are near one.

I'd only ever been to a few Lidl's in London, and they were rubbish!

Lidl do have pant bargains, yes you can get fruit canes 3 for less than �3. they don't last long in the shop, so have to be quick to get the best. My advice is to sign up to their email for advanced warnings of the bargains.

sometimes cheap isn't always best ! you get what you pay for

I don't suppose this offer is still on after three years but I would agree with you. Paying a little more seems to ( usually) provide better plants and some come back when things go wrong.
